Annual General Meeting 2018

The 2018 AGM to discuss the future of this illustrious group, election and re-election of committee officiers and a review of the previous 12 months of the group.

We are looking to recruit new committee members and also bolster the future of the group with more new members.

Roles needed are:

Social Media Executive

We are looking for someone to look after our social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and respond to messages received from the public. You will be required to attend a Committee once a month (flexible) and report to the committee about our social media presence for that month.

Group Communications Officer

We are looking for someone to attend committee meetings and be the link between the committee and our members. We all know how boring meetings can be, so this role involves keeping everyone in the know with the key points and any social events which may be upcoming.

This role will also require communication between parents and guardians when applicable.

Box Office Coordinator

We are looking to recruit someone to look after ticket sales via our agents Ticket Source and also be front of house production dates. This role requires attendance at committee meetings to update the progress of tickets sales.

Co-Treasurer

To assist the treasurer in attending committee meetings and delivering an up to date report on the groups finances

Chaperone Co-ordinator

We are looking for someone to work with our Safeguarding Officer, Angie Shaw to co-ordinate and communicate with all our chaperones during Pantomime Season.

As always, we are looking to add general Committee Member's as well.

If you are interest in any of the above roles, please submit your interest to admin@perrywayplayers.com by 5pm Monday 19th February 2018.

All committee roles are voluntary.

All are welcome to attend and we encourage new faces.

We look forward to seeing you all.
